Bluehook Mobile is an Android app that allows you to easily create customizable forms for capturing data. This app is designed to suit various users, from a single user who needs PDFs of completed audits to large-scale deployments with integration to enterprise back-end systems. With Bluehook Mobile, you can create dynamic forms that adapt to your answers for many types of audits, including quality assurance checks, site inspections, health and safety checklists, and more.

The simple web-based form designer of Bluehook Mobile allows you to drag and drop elements onto the form. You can add elements to capture single-line text, multi-line text, images, barcodes, signatures, dates, selection buttons (with any text and color), numeric values, drop-downs, lookup elements, time-stamp buttons, and many more. You can even create nested elements that are only visible if the parent element has a specific value. Additionally, you can add validation to forms like min and max values and whether it should be compulsory or not.
